What clients say
After my father passed, I found four passbooks in different drawers. The checklist session took three hours because we uncovered a forgotten postal savings account. Eun-ji never rushed us — she waited while I called the branch. The laminated sheet now lives in our family document box.— Soo-yeon Kim, nurse, Seo-gu — Retirement Reserve Checklist Session, March 2025
I commission two balance books each year — one for shop income reserves, one for my wife's teaching pension. Seung-ho's stitching survived a humid summer in my back office. The only drawback was the three-week wait during Chuseok season; I should have ordered earlier.— Jae-won Oh, market stall holder, Buk-gu — Custom Balance Book, recurring client since 2019
The ledger review caught a ₩50,000 gap I had carried since February. Turned out I logged a transfer twice. Honest work — they did not try to sell me extra services afterward.— Young-hee Lee, retired postal worker, Nam-gu — Ledger Review Appointment, November 2024
My checklist is clear, though I still prefer my old notebook for daily entries. Having both feels redundant, but my daughter insisted on the laminated copy for emergencies. Fair compromise.— Dong-hyun Baek, carpenter, Gwangsan-gu — Checklist Session, June 2025
Extended story: The Han family reserve audit
The Han family — two retired school administrators and their adult son — arrived with eleven passbooks and a folder of IRP statements. They had attempted a shared spreadsheet but abandoned it when column widths did not match passbook layouts.
During a single Saturday session we:
- Listed each reserve with institution, masked account suffix, and maturity date
- Assigned colour tabs: red for emergency (6 months expenses), blue for pension transfers, green for gift savings
- Bound a supplementary A5 ledger for the son, who contributes to his parents’ medical reserve monthly
Three months later the family returned for a brief update after opening a new time deposit. Because the master checklist used pencil for tentative dates, updating took twenty minutes.
