Retirement Reserve Checklist Session

A guided two-hour appointment mapping every savings account, pension envelope, and maturity date into one household checklist.

Who this is for

Couples and individuals who maintain multiple passbooks, pension statements, and envelope savings but lack a single reference sheet. Common clients include pre-retirees consolidating NPS, IRP, and bank fixed deposits before leaving salaried work.

What you receive

  • A printed checklist listing every reserve account with institution name, account suffix, current balance, and maturity or review date
  • Colour-coded tabs for emergency, pension, and discretionary reserves
  • One laminated master copy and two paper duplicates for filing
  • A brief written note on which entries need quarterly updating

What is not included

We do not move money between accounts, negotiate rates with banks, or prepare tax filings. We document what you already hold.

How the session works

  1. Intake call (15 minutes) — You list institutions and approximate balances so we can print a draft template.
  2. Appointment — At our Buk-gu office or your home. Bring passbooks, recent statements, and any envelope labels you use.
  3. Walkthrough — We enter each reserve line by line. You verify amounts; we mark verification dates in the margin.
  4. Handover — Laminated checklist, duplicates, and a one-page maintenance guide for adding new CDs or pension transfers.

Preparation

Gather passbooks for the past twelve months. If an account is held at a branch you rarely visit, request a balance printout beforehand. Allow a clear table surface — we spread documents across roughly one square metre.

Next step

Request an appointment with your preferred date. We respond within two business days.
