1. Acceptance

By accessing utilitybirchway.click or engaging Utility Birch Way for checklist sessions, binding commissions, or ledger reviews, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Services described

Utility Birch Way provides in-person consultations, custom binding of offline balance books, and ledger review appointments. Service scope, deliverables, and fees are described on individual service pages and confirmed in writing before appointments.

3. Appointments and cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice without fee. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a ₩30,000 preparation charge if draft materials were printed for your session.

4. Intellectual property

Checklist templates and binding layouts prepared for you become your household documents upon full payment. We retain the right to reuse generic column structures and formatting methods that do not reveal your personal account details.

Website content, including text and design, is owned by Utility Birch Way and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Limitation of liability

Our services document savings you report; we do not guarantee account balances, interest rates, or maturity dates provided by financial institutions. Utility Birch Way is not liable for decisions you make based on checklist or ledger contents.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the fee paid for the specific appointment giving rise to the claim.

6. Website use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false information through contact forms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gwangju.

8. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
